Senior Motorrad Retail Specialist

A Senior Motorrad Retail Specialist position has become available within the Motorrad division at the BMW Rustenburg Dealership.

Post Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Motorcycle License.
  • Computer literate (Office suite).
  • 5 Years’ experience in motorcycle sales.
  • Experience representing a luxury / prestige brand.
  • Self-starter and be able to work independently.
List of Core Functions / Main purpose of Position:
  • Act as a brand ambassador to optimise sales opportunities with optimum profitability and maximum customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring monthly objectives and targets are met.
  • Selling of new and used motorcycles.
  • Daily Operations and Management of Motorrad Department.
  • To provide a premium and unique customer experience at the dealership, by inspiring and exciting customers about the features and benefits of the latest BMW products.
  • Transferring and increasing knowledge to both customers and internal staff.
  • Boost sales indirectly by creating a pressure-free sale environment.
