Parts Manager

A Parts Manager position has become available within the Aftersales Department at the BMW Montana dealership.

A PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE WORKSHOP COUNTER
Main purpose of Position:
  • Managing the BMW Montana Parts Department.
  • Provide excellent customer service, motivate staff, control cost, and maintain high level of sales on an ongoing basis.
  • Increase market share and profitability of the Parts Business as well as customer satisfaction.
Post Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Higher Certificate and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 4.
  • Computer Literacy (Office Suite).
  • Driver’s License.
  • BMW Parts brand Managerial Experience of a minimum of 24 months.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment.
  • Actively seeking to maintain and achieve set targets for trade and retail.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and key account holders.
  • Understand and maintain key performance indicators.
