19 July 2023: The MINI experience is all about creating cherished memories and sharing those unforgettable moments with loved ones. MINI Montana is no stranger to epic MINI moments and embraces every opportunity to bring the community together. That’s why the dealership recently organised a leisurely day trip to Harties for fellow motor enthusiasts and adventurers to enjoy some MINI camaraderie.
The MINI Montana Breakfast Run started off with a get-together at its branch in Montana Park, Pretoria. The parking lot was adorned with a wide range of Mini Cooper S/SE 3, Countryman, and Clubman cars, including both hardtops and convertibles. Mini enthusiasts from all over then mingled with staff over a hot cup of joe, before setting off on a scenic hour-long drive to the picturesque Selfie House in Hartebeespoort.
The Selfie House venue hosts a variety of backdrops that add a splash of intrigue and colour to any social media aficionado’s pages. Here, the MINI convoy stopped to take a few hundred photos together, cars parked in front of the interesting Selfie House’s photo-ready outside features.
After indulging in a hearty breakfast and sharing countless tales of MINI adventures, the group made the trek back to the dealership where, fuelled by the excitement of the day, MINI lovers were invited to explore the Montana showroom.
“We have a burning passion for all things MINI, and it really shows! These more intimate community gatherings provide us with an opportunity to channel that passion and share the excitement with our fellow MINI enthusiasts, who are equally eager to recount their own road trip stories. We are eager to organise the next of many such events in the future,” says Edward Makwana, General Manager of Public Relations, Marketing and Customer Experience for Legacy Motor Group (LMG).
LMG is South Africa’s first 100% black-owned automotive group, and the proud owner of MINI Montana, as well as several other MINI and BMW dealerships.
Ultimately, the MINI Montana Breakfast Run in Harties proved to be an unforgettable adventure. From the vibrant gathering at the Montana Park dealership to the scenic drive and photo-filled stop at the Selfie House, MINI enthusiasts revelled in the joy of shared experiences. The event showcased the dealership’s passion and commitment to fostering a tight-knit community. With its sights set on future gatherings, its team plans to continue creating cherished memories for all MINI lovers.
