Similar to the BMW X3 and BMW 3 Series Mzansi Editions from 2021, selected BMW 1 and 2 Series models will be enhanced with a sportier appearance and more luxurious interior settings.

BMW’s city car, the BMW 1 Series, when infused with Mzansi Edition flavours sees an additional level of athleticism being added to the head-turner. 

Stand-out features on the BMW 118i and 128ti Mzansi Editions include the BMW M Sport package with a high-gloss Shadow Line for the kidney grille and frame, front spoiler attachment, side sill details, and rear spoiler. 

Tailpipes are finished in Black Chrome, while the BMW 128ti Mzansi Edition adds a carbon rear diffuser. Both Ones are fitted with M Carbon mirror caps.

BMW 118i and 128ti Mzansi Editions are available in Alpine White, and metallic colours Skyscraper Grey and Black Sapphire. Melbourne Red Metallic and Misano Blue Metallic can be specified for the 118i version.

Meanwhile, 128ti is also available in Storm Bay Blue Metallic.

Mzansi Edition updates to the cabin include sports seats in a Trigon and Sensatec combination in black with M seat belts, BMW Live Cockpit Professional, Panorama glass sliding roof, and Hi-Fi loudspeaker system for the 118i. 

The 128ti adds sports seats finished in a black and red cloth and Sensatec combination.
